Hatha Flow Foundations Yoga Class/ 1 hour

The intention of this class is to align, strengthen and promote flexibility within the body, mind, and spirit. This class will combine gentle yoga asanas (such as, standing postures, twists, forward folds, and hip openers) with breathing techniques, and mediation practices. Participants will develop a deeper awareness of self through simple, yet effective full-body repetitions, and mindfulness exercises. This is a gentle yoga class suitable for individuals with moderate physical fitness abilities and those new to yoga.

Beginner level/Basic

Friday - 10am-11am and 12pm-1pm

60 minute relaxing yoga, breath-work, and meditation practice.
